Hi Listers Ann FRANKLIN is listed in Pigot & Co.'s Directory, 1828-29 under Milliner and Dressmakers in the Market place, Prescot. I have an Ann FRANKLIN who married 15 Dec 1813 Saint Peter Church Street, Liverpool, Lancashire, England to Robert BARLOW a saddler of Prescot. The Liverpool Mercury records her death in its columns of Friday, 11 March 1831: "On Tuesday the 1st instant ... after a long and painful illness, Anne, the wife of Mr. Robert Barlow, saddler, of Prescot."
