Hi all, I'm trying to find out more about Penryth Street, in Toxteth Park. In the 1881 census, my husband's great-grand father, Morris MYERS, was living at number 15 with his older brother, Lewis: Lewis MYERS, head, married, 37, hawker pictures, born in Poland Sarah MYERS, wife, married, 36, born in Poland, Leah MYERS, daughter, 12, born in Scotland Annie MYERS, daughter, 10, born in Scotland Esther MYERS, daughter, 6, born in Newcastle Rosey MYERS, daughter, 4, born in Liverpool Samuel MYERS, son, 2, born in Liverpool Morris MYERS, brother, unmarried, 17, commission traveller, born in Poland Where was Penryth Street? What type of houses were they? Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of a map with it on? Or photographs of it or similar? Any help would be appreciated.
