    3. But wait ... this is just a step in the process. The IGI is an Index not a source itself. You need to consult the film/fiche to confirm the information recorded in the IGI and MAYBE get more information not indexed. 3. Hello Sandra, I noticed on the 1881 census that Harriet had a younger sister Lilian. Both of their Christenings are shown on the IGI: Harriet Frost Christened 26 February 1882 St Peters Liverpool. Parents William Frost and Mary (Birth: Harriet Frost - March 1882 Toxteth Park vol 8b page 279) Lilian Frost Christened 14 April 1884 St Peters Liverpool. Parents William Frost and Mary (Birth: Lilian Frost - June 1884 Toxteth Park volume 8b page 212) Another possible sister: Mary Frost born 20 July 1886, Christened 3 August 1886 St Peters Liverpool. Parents William Frost & Mary. (Birth: Mary Frost - Sep 1886 Toxteth Park vol 8b p232 or Mary Jane Frost - Sep 1886 Liverpool vol 8b page 159) There is a death of a William Frost on Freebmd: William Frost aged 42 - September quarter 1887 Toxteth Park volume 8b page 184 and also a death of a Mary Ann Frost: Mary Ann Frost aged 34 - June quarter 1888 Liverpool volume 8b page 71 I can't find a marriage between William and Mary in Liverpool, perhaps they married somewhere else. Haven't been able to locate Harriet on the 1901 census. 3. Dear Lister`s, I am trying to look up a person for a friend of mine... So far, we have not had much luck, so I was wondering if SKS may be able to do a look up for us please?... We have a HARRIET Frost, born 1882/3 in Liverpool.... The only references we have so far, are that I found Harriet Frost at , Nile Road, in a school for girls! This was on the 1891 census... We know she was in some kind of school, but not sure if it was for orphans or what?.. The other census I have found her on, was the 1911, with her still living in Liverpool, with her Husband William Joseph Young and four of her children...... We would love any information about her, including if possible, the 1901 census?......... We have been looking for a long time now, so if somebody could please help, we would be over the moon! In Anticipation, Sandra...

LancsBMD and Freebmd- do not contain any marriages before 1837. Do you have any other information apart from the year 1836? A parish, address or a census entry might help to narrow down where the marriage took place and from that you could find the date.
