    3. Ted I have rechecked and can find no other one in the Lane, however there are a fair number of small off shoots or tributaries to the main Lane so if you think that it would help or maybe show a link, I can sent the whole entry for the Lane [off list] in attached bits. There is also the possibility that the houses were renumbered between the time [1910] that Gore's was compiled and the time that you remember the address number. If so, best reply direct to me to avoid cluttering up the List. Terry Heath Cheltenham UK

You can cut down your research time by going to the parish you are interested in, clicking on whichever sort of record you want (ie baptisms, marriages, burials) and then choosing from the surname index. You can check each name that looks like the one you are after - the year of the record is shown to help eliminate those that are too early or too late. 3. Terry, hi, ive been out of the family history thing for over 2 years now, sickness etc and so im a bit stale, but thanks very much for that information. Yea thats my granddad, I knew he lived in Deysbrook Lane, but not at 66, I dont think my Grandma Eliza Lunt lived at no 66, partly because she lived in such a tiny cottage in the lane, literally one room downstairs and one upstairs, no indoor toilet, no running water in the house, tap outside in the garden, I remember that from when i was a young lad who went there every sunday after sunday school, that was in 1940 when i was 11 years old but i remember it well. Ists very good of you to offer the Gores, but it isnt necessary right now, It wouldnt show who lived in the house or houses anyway would it? doesnt it only show the head of the family?
