For information I have received the Birth Certificate and it indicates that Elizabeth was illegitimate being the daughter of Sarah Blackamoor.  No fathers name is given.    The 'G'  initial I now believe was a mis-transcription.  On the B/C the 'G' of  'Girl' from the sex column is partly in the name column.  Just shows that you have to be careful about these things.   Thanks for eveyones suggestions.   Frank J.
