If you go to: https://www.familysearch.org/ and pop in surname: Lowe and click on the blue "Residence" text/tab you can then enter (for example) "Lincolnshire" with a date range of say, 1880-1882 and hit "search." FamilySearch will then toss up a series of findings, many of which will be the 1881 census. If you entered a town or parish name, in lieu of "Lincolnshire" you would end up with fewer "hits" to have to sort through. Hope this helps. Denny (Perth, Ontario)
