Spilsby registration district covers a *lot* of parishes. http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/districts/spilsby.html If you know the CofE church in which the marriage took place then it's possible that someone could look up the register at Lincoln Archives. But a lot of the smaller churches are still using registers for that period of time. If the marriage took place in a non-conformist church or chapel, then Lincoln Archives *might* have the register. If the marriage took place in Spilsby Register Office, then you will definitely have to order the marriage certificate, as the register office is the only place which has copies of its registers. Unless you know the place of marriage, then you will need to order the marriage certificate from the GRO in Southport.
