No. Skirbeck was very much adjacent to Boston, and is now part of the borough of Boston. Being picky I would say that the correct address of the Ship Inn is Skirbeck Quarter, as it's on the west side/bank of the river Witham, though back in ye older days it may have been plain Skirbeck.
