I'm not seeing that behavior on my e-mail vendor (who is Yahoo.com), but I know that sometimes they change a setting and nothing gets through.  I use to have multiple e-mail accounts for that reason, but I gave all that up about two years ago and just have one now and live with the problems they give me.     Lou (list admin.)
