    3. There would be no attachment to a Rootsweb mailing list message.  List message processing software often refused to process attachments, Bazza, because they can overload inboxes.  It's the same reason the US Pentagon won't allow Powerpoint files to be send by e-mail.  They were overloading the network. And, yes, the list has been quiet.  We've also lost about 60 members from the list because of problems with Yahoo and AOL setting up DMARC.  Rootsweb is working with them but is running into the "so what" attitude.  E-mail is not a money maker for AOL and Yahoo. I'll be changing my e-mail address soon because my ATT.NET account is hosted by Yahoo and they won't deliver some of my list mail. DMARC is a great concept, but it needs to be implemented carefully.  Lordy, you'd think politicians made this stuff up.     Lou > On Tuesday, May 20, 2014 6:51 AM, Barry Wilson <[email protected]> wrote: > > Sorry Bill, no message attached to your last Email, hope you are OK.  Bazza > > > On 19 May 2014 10:15, <[email protected]> wrote: > >> >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: [email protected] >> To: Barry Wilson >> Sent: Friday, May 16, 2014 4:39 PM >> Subject: Re: [LIN] Lincs list seems to be quiet >> >> >> Well >> >> Back to Navy day's as an Rader Plotter in the Royal Canadian Navy >> >> The wording  is Read from right to left and the best part is that it's >> looks like it is in reverse "Mirror Image " >> >> so maybe the printer is printing in reverse ? and maybe the message is >> being printed in Properties message stage showing all the steps of the >> message Also going tp Google and typing the problem >> >> >> >From Google >> This sounds like an advanced setting on your printer setup.
