    3. Hi All I am late to this thread through a hectic weekend of family engagements. My two penny worth, I would suggest that some thought is given to Altrincham, which is about 3 miles from Carrington and Partington on the South side of Manchester.Close by is also Warburton Village. Nothing else in my Gazetteer of Cheshire fits Charrinchum. The Warburtons were all over the place in Cheshire. Anne
