Hi Lou I hope you don't mind me forwarding this message via this list. It is the only way I can let Bart know that his messages from me and to/from the MARKHAM UK list keep bouncing. He has no problem sending messages to the LINCS list but to the MARKHAM UK list it is a different matter. I fail to understand why this happens. He has tried subscribing several times using a different email address but initially he is accepted then a little while later is removed and any messages he sends to the list gets bounced. I have sent a few messages to Rootsweb about this but they have not responded. I have also sent messages direct to Bart but, like the one I am forwarding, these get bounced so, on this occasion only, I am forwarding it via this list I would welcome any suggestions you may have to resolve this Apologies to all who have rad this non relevant message Victor MARKHAM UK List admin Note: Messages from any other MARKHAM UK subscribers go through as normal. Rootsweb notifies me of all members that have subscribed, bounced and removed. I have twice sent and email to rootsweb asking for an explanation. They have not bothered to reply...so far and it looks as if they never will (based on the time scale when I sent the first message) i also know you have tried subscribing using three different email addresses (thewanderer, tree and cheers) and that you have no problems sending messages (using thewanderer) to the LINCS list (yes I do read them there) I am at a loss as to what to do. I can only suggest you try another type of email address without @iburst.co.za at the end Victor On 05/05/2016 10:55 PM, Bart Simon wrote: > -----Original Message----- From: Bart Simon > Sent: Tuesday, May 03, 2016 11:46 PM > To: MARKHAM-UK-admin@rootsweb.com > Subject: Unable to get subscribed > > Hello Victor, I can't seem to stay subscribed to the MARKHAM-UK at > all.
