What I do is what I have done here; cut and paste addresses and then do the same for what I want to comment on. "I DID snip and the names were on a list but this email system is as bad as the new Word versions, it edits itself!"  I agree wholeheartedly."Mike, can you please supply some tuition. I know what you mean but am unsure of the process."  Trial and error especially getting addresses in the "To" area. Somewhat slow and painful but better than seeing multiple copies of the same emails when the thread starts to get very long. Mike
