I don't use on line tree builder. I use Family Historian and it now provides an indicator between names on my tree and names on My Heritage as well as Find My Past. This is similar to the links on Family Tree Maker and Ancestry. I do have FTM as a secondary tree software simply to provide the links to other peoples trees on Ancestry which has been a boon. I only subscribe to Ancestry and I am sure the others are just as good but have no intention to subscribe to them. There is, after all, a limit to what you subscribe to and much depends on how often you will use the subscription. I don't think I would spend enough time looking at trees on MH and FMP to justify the cost. Lots of family links/names have been sent through for free.
