    2. Hi Margaret, You may be right, I have looked in the bastardy records compiled by Ann Cole with no success (Eliza's maiden name was COTSWORTH). The marriage you have noted is correct, they were married on 13 June 1848 in Nettleham. Whatever name he used Francis is very elusive!
