All I've been able to positively find is that demolition took place in 1950, though I confess that I haven't checked every hit on google! There's an article in the Hull Daily Mail, dated 28 April 1950, about it. Article available either via the British Newspaper Archive or Findmypast. Lincstothepast do have some records but looking at the dates I don't think they'll be of any help.
