Since I started using my new computer I have been unable to read any of your attachments as my Norton anti-virus software has removed access as it says the attachments are unsafe. Do you know how I can overcome this problem? Tom Hawthornthwaite
Most likely, the configuration of your e-mail client or AV software is incorrect. If you are using Outlook Express, in order to be able to read digest messages correctly, go to Tools/Options/Security and untick/uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."
