Please, please take the trouble to read all the instructions that we give when you click on the submissions link, especially if your server is AOL.COM. This past week, I spent as much time sending notices to submitters who sent me blank emails, as I did downloading forms or correct manual submissions. If you can't be bothered to follow the instructions, I can't be bothered to tell you what you did wrong. So, from now on, I will just DELETE your emails. I will reply to those whose servers occasionally do not forward the form - it is not their fault.
