Thanks Eric. I looked on old maps and no joy. The reason I ask is that in 1861 my gggrandfather (ROBERT FERGUSON)lived there but was lodging alone whilst his wife (MARY ANN) was living with her parents in Bank Top. I was wondering how close they lived in order to reason why they were apart, or make assumptions at least.The census says it was St.Paul area. It certainly looks like Frances Ann Street but is a bit of a scrawl. Cheers, John Ferguson
