I am researching on my maternal side and seeking details of the TIPLADY family. We have a Jane who would have been born about 1769 in Brignal, Yorks who married in to the TIPLADY family. They had at least one child a son, John TIPLADY b.abt. 1790 in Yorks, who married about 1825 to a Margaret b. abt 1795. They had at least one son an Edmund TIPLADY b.1828 in Reeth, Yorks and died 1900 in Jesmond, New South Wales, Australia. He married in 1849 to Margaret HODGSON b. abt 1823 in Auckland St. Andrew, Durham and d. 1909 in Jesmond,NSW. They had at least three childrn, Jane b. 1850, John b. abt. 1852and William Hodgson b. abt.1858. Jane was born 1850 and died 1926 in Lambton, NSW she married in 1871 to Samuel WILE b.1848 in Dalton-le-Dale, Durham and died in 1925 in Lambton, NSW. Do you recognise any of these names?
