I am unable to find in Census's Elizabeth Buckley b 1831 in Limbo, nr Rochdale. died May 8, 1864 in Dobcross, Buried in Saddleworth Churchyard married to William Hiram Wood, 20 Mar 1853, St Chad's, Rochdale, Lancashire, England (my Great grandparents) Robbie

Following is an entry I found in the book I have "Annals of Smith of Cantley, Balby, and Doncaster" and compiled by Henry Ecroyd Smith, which could possibly be yours: "Elizabeth Akroyd, wife of the Rev. Thos. Buckley; died 1 VI. 1857, having had issue----Thomas Edward Buckley, of Trin. Coll. Cambridge. Elizabeth" The book was published in 1878 and the compiler may not have not had time to track down more information. I hope this helps. Please let me know if sometime you can confirm a match. If this does prove to be your ggrandparents, let me know and I can give you information on the Akroyd side.
