Joseph Matthias a coal miner. born North Wales. his wife was Matilda born Hanley Staffs. in 1871 they were living at 3,Ball Street, Wigan, Lancashire. would there be SKS that could possibly have a look on the 1861 census to see if they are living at that address then. hope someone can help on this, regards, JUNE.
