Hi All, Some time ago I recall a message on one of the lists that I have subscribed to which talked about determining the church that an event took place based on the GRO Index reference. I have the following information: Dec 1899 Preston 8e 969. I also have the entry from BVRI2: PARKINSON, Thomas Age: 22 Marriage Wife: Elizabeth Isabella HOGGARTH Age: 25 Marriage Date: 1 Nov 1899 Recorded in: Preston, Lancashire, England Husband's Father: Zacharias PARKINSON Wife's Father: John HOGGARTH Source: FHL Film 1470818 Dates: 1897 - 1900 Can anyone tell me if it is possible to determine the church that this marriage took place in? It is likely that there were other events from this family and I am keen to learn more.
