    1. RUSHFIRTH - Which is correct R. list for Lytham St. Anne's?
    2. Ron Stallard
    3. Hi. I am interested in finding descendants of the Rushfirth family of Manchester, Rastrick nr. Halifax, W. Yorks. and Lytham St. Anne's, Lancs. The Rushfirths are related to Rachel Rushfirth of Rastrick who married James Taylor of Leeds. The Taylors are in the 1841, 51 & 61 census returns at 1 Lyddon Terrace, Leeds. The Rushfirths (George) owned a quarry in Lytham St. Anne's which was still advertised in the directories in the 1920's. Which Rootsweb list would be the best one to post my Rushfirth query in the Lytham St. Anne's area? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ron Stallard, Canada Many Canadian resources are now available online. 50% of the 600 000 personnel in the Canadian Expeditionary Force in WW1 were of British descent. There were also Brits. in the Canadian contingent in the Anglo-Boer War. These resources are online, too.
