After restoring my computer to one week earlier, I still could not access. I determined that a friend with the same ISP could access. I have a wireless router and use a laptop. So, I plugged the cable from the modem directly to my laptop, bypassing the router. Still nothing. After plugged the cable back into the router and VOILA!!! , up poped the site. Funny thing is all other sites were always accessible except this one. It must be magic! Vern in Ontario
