I am seeking info on George Gowing born 1863 in Kirkham and his wife Mary Teresa Garrett. I have oral history that says they ran an Inn near Preston which was a "comfortable days coach ride from the city." But business suffered with the advent of the motor car and they sold up and moved on. Any info would be gratfully recieved. Dave from Down Under.
