I am trying to find information on the family of Percy and Mildred Darwell of Wigan. Mildred Elfreda (Robinson) Darwell died in Jun 1996 in Wigan. She was born 1908 in Palmerston North, New Zealand. I do not have the full death date. I have no information on the birth or death of her husband Percy. They had one daughter Peggy (Margaret ?) Darwell who married a Nichols and perhaps a Dow. Not sure. Peggy was a police officer, perhaps in Wigan. She may still be alive. Is there a possibility that there was a death notice or obituary for Mildred Darwell in June 1996?
