Hello, I have Nancy Jane Howarth born 6th September 1859 in Wigan daughter of Israel Howarth (b.1833) and Isabella (b 1825). Nancy Jane married Richard Finch in July 1883. I think Israel was in the workhouse. I can't find Isabella in the 1881 census and it may be that either her name is abbreviated or she wasn't in the County? Israel and Isabella also had Mary 1855, William 1857, Elizabeth Anne 1862 and Margaret 1866. Fr.
