During the day, there will be four talks related to Family History, and the Friends of Astley Hall will be present in period costume. The event should be of interest to anyone interested in Family History, and particularly to those with family links to this part of Lancashire. Astley Hall itself is open to the public on the day. The Hall, with its extensive parkland, is a historical gem.
