Hi Nancye So glad I could help you. If you have the marriage cert. can you tell me the father's name of Sarah? Might be able to trace her too. Then you have 2 more census' 1851 and 1841 with the McGUIRE family. Was it a typo you wrote Edward John and not John Edward? Did you see that John Edward's father was born in Manchester? That's why they probably moved or could have been the work. My Great Grandfather worked in the Iron Works in Ince-in-Makerfield, he sadly died at 24yrs leaving his wife, 18mth daughter and my grandad who was 3mths old. Hope to keep in touch Best Regards Susan
