Ah So !! I'll have more time tomorrow to have another look. There are many many many Winstanleys, all in Lancashire. There were also a good number of last names given, with the alternate of Whinstanley. Also, I did see an Alice and Joseph on the 1841 Census; think the daughter there was either an Esther or Ellen.
