    3. Kristina, As far as I know all the marriages and most of the christenings for that period are in the IGI ( www.familysearch.org) . There does seem to a period about 1800 where there's only female baptisms there and there are no burials. If you live within travelling distance of Warrington the Warrington Library have microfilm copies of all the local church registers. It's a small frielndly library and I can recommend it. I think the original registers are in Chester Record Office but I'm not sure. Manchester Central Library also has copies some of the registers for St Elphin's; it has transcripts of some that were written by the Lancashire Parish Record Society but have not yet been published. They are not on open shelves so you need to phone before your visit to arrange to see them. If you visit their web site you'll get more information.(google manchester central library) Otherwise you can contact the Family History Centre at your nearest Mormon Church; they can borrow microfilm copies which you can view.
