Dear Sue, Tired sending you a email off list but it came back. So here i go again. I have out a film from St Elphins Parish, Warrington the dates are: Marriages 1743- 1784 Baptisms 1760-1812 Burials 1760-1779 Film no 1562957 I found a Pears Brimelow marriage to Esther Davenport in 1773 so far, is this your Peers and if it is would you like a copy? upon looking for Betty Jameson born 1784 ( I now have her death certificate 1848 given age 64yrs) I have come up empty, the pages for July and August 1784 are unreadable. I did find 3 marriages of Jameson's 1. Peter Jameson married Betty Lanlefs in 1781 2.John Jameson married mary Frangleton in 1784 3. Joseph Jameson married Mary ------ in 1776 the 2 for 1781 and 1784 are promising, but ther does not seem to be any children born after that date. i will look more closely on Monday. Maybe they got married here and then moved away. An an entry of ------(can't read) daug of Betty jameson illegitimate in Sept 1784 I was wondering if you had a access to these records over there on fisch and could look up the July and August 1784 that i can't read? If there is anything else you would like me to look for on this film for you please let me know as there are a few Brimelow's. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards Jean Parker ( Adelaide, South Australia)
Jean, Saw your message to Sue. If you still have the film for St. Elphin, Warrington, would you mind checking for a baptism for a Charles McQUADE b.c. 1803 in Warrington.
