    3. Many thanks Carol I'm just looking at Autoroute on my PC, and Grosvenor Place is (like Catherine Street in my other post) in two disjointed bits. One off Clarence St, the other off Cumberland St. The latter has a bend in it and doesn't look like it would connect to the other. However, with comments on redevelopment, I strongly suspect that it is what I'm after. My Grandparents married just a few hundred yards way in Broughton Lane (St Clements), so I would think it 'was' Grosvenor Street at some time (unless someone knows better!) Lower and Higher Broughton were next to each other.
