Dear Stan Saw your message re Thomason and wondered if you may have come across Elizabeth Thomason c 1777 who married Richard Hadcroft around 1798. I think they may have originated from Leigh but later there are a lot of Warrington connections. Cheers, Sybil.
Sybil No, I haven't got nback past the birth of my g-g-grandfather James Smith, who was born in Newton around 1799. My grandad Isaac married Agnes Thomason in 1895, and I have her immediate family details, but haven't followed this lineage yet. If you have any links to them I'd be interested to be informed.
