    1. [LAN-WARR] St Paul's Church photo etc.
    2. Jo
    3. Has anyone any other photos of St. Paul's church they would be willing to upload to Photobucket? The one I've uploaded is, to my knowledge, the only one in existence. Can anyone confirm that the church photo of St. Wilfrid's IS actually St. Wilfrid's, Grappenhall please? And does anyone know the name of the pub next door in that photo? Has anyone noticed the path leading to St. Elphin's church from the gate? It is made of old headstones removed from the churchyard - such a pity as they are being worn away at a rate of knots. Oh, and grateful thanks to the person who uploaded the Naylor Street, and Church Street photos. Jo list erm...

    3. Yes, this is St Wilfrid's, Grappenhall. The pub next to it is called the Parr Arms, and there is another pub just a hundred yards away called the Ram's Head. If you look further down the photos, you will see the St Wilfrid's cat, which s on the side of the church tower, and is reputedly where Lewis Carroll got his inspiration for the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland.
