Thank you for taking the initiative, Jo! This is a great idea for someone like myself to benefit because I live far away with no hope of visiting Warrington any time soon! My WOOD family hailed from Warrington...my earliest known ancestor, Henry WOOD (b. abt. 1802, d. 1849), was an earthenware dealer at 10 Market Place, who also ran a day school first in this establishment, and later on King Street. I would love to see a photo of that address...whether how it looks today or long ago.
