Just because you have two people named Thomas Boond with different wives, it does not always follow, that this is the same person. Is it possible for example that the eldest son of Thomas could also be a Thomas and married to a different wife. He could be a nephew or other close relative. If you have the birth records then the burial records would most likely be on the same film. The difficult thing with this era is that very often families lived in very close proximity, often next door, over the road or even in the same house at first. My St Pauls burials only start from 1832, so this is no help I'm afraid. My suggestion is to have a look at the film with the baptisms on it and see if there is a corresponding burial entry. The St James Latchford records are poor at this time and most people seemed to go to Grappenhall, which might be worth a try.
