Windle is one of the four original townships that went to make up the modern town of St Helens along with Eccleston, Sutton and Parr and the original hamlet still exists as part of the St Helens suburbs. Windlehurst is an area of St Helens next to Windle. -----Original Message----- From: eng-lan-warrington-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:eng-lan-warrington-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of eng-lan-warrington-request@rootsweb.com Sent: 06 September 2006 08:42 To: eng-lan-warrington@rootsweb.com Subject: ENG-LAN-WARRINGTON Digest, Vol 1, Issue 3 Today's Topics: 1.
