Hello listers I would really appreciate a bit of help if anyone can. I am trying to track down a birth/baptism record for John Armitage born around 1795 in Lancashire and found a record for a baptism on 16 May 1796 in Manchester Cathedral (then the Collegiate Church) for a John born to Thomas and Alice Armitage. Does anyone have this record, know of how I might get a copy or could anyone kindly have a look at it for me so that I might have all the available details? Leading on from this - I am also seeking marriages for: John Armitage to Margaret ? in 1814-1816, and Thomas Armitage to Alice ? in 1790+ I am really stuck and any help would be invaluable.
