James FEARNLEY b jan 1877 (Lythgoes Lane) son of James Fearnley & Elizabeth RATCLIFFE James married Sarah Ann POWELL b sept 1879 (Pierpoint St) Daughter of John Powell & Sarah Ann Clarke ( the Powells & Clarkes originated in Staffordshirre & moved around quite a bit) Sarah Alice HART b February 1874 (Winwick St) daughter of Robert Hart & Sarah HEWITT. Robert Hart's parents may be William & Sarah Sarah Alice HART married William Henry BUNT (the Bunt's were from Widnes). I have details from the 1881 census but would appreciate any help from the 1891 census or earlier if possible. 1871 census - RG 10 / 3907 4 Tilley Street, William b. 1848 glass cutter, and wife Elizabeth b. 1850 fustian cutter. Also, 46 Lythgoes Lane, James b. 1840 wire drawer, wife Elizabeth b. 1840 fustian cutter, with children Mary Jane & Sarah Ann both born 1864. Also, 52 Lythgoes Lane, George Fernley b. 1808 fustian cutter and wife Martha b. 1808. Hope this helps Jo
