Ruling out Oldham and Middleton leaves Prestwich as the remaining possibility for Martha Hulse's burial, although I believe that period, around 1815, hasn't been indexed anywhere yet. Doreen, The Joseph Hulse you found was mine and its nice to see that his burial record was correct. I've only recently got his death certificate after following a hunch. On his death certificate his surname has been spelt Holse and that's what appears in the FreeBMD and LancsBMD indexes, but with Holse being an extremely uncommon surname it was worth a try.
