Also have the following HILTONS shown in the 1851 census living on Oldham Road. HO 107/2242 - District of Michaels, township of Tong John HILTON - Head - age 25 - occupation, Joiner - born Middleton Jane HILTON - Wife - age 21 - occupation, Hand Loom Weaver, Silk - born Middleton John HILTON - Son - age 2 - born - Tonge Alice Wolstinholive (???) - age 24 - unmarried - servant, born Lanchashire, Caselton Hope this may be of some help, Neil Kenyon French Lick, IN

Neil Kenyon's "Alice Wolstinholive (???) - age 24 - unmarried - servant, born Lanchashire, Caselton" is presumably Alice Wolstenholme of Castleton (which in 1851 was a much wider area than the present township -- my childhood home).
