Greetings List Oh! Woe is me! Living at the ends of the earth (New Zealand!) and replying on the extremely good offices of the LDS for the hire of their films of Parish Registers and Censuses and such, I am in the unhappy position that the Parish Register(s) to which I want to refer, have not yet been filmed by the said LDS. Is there any KS anywhere, who can help me, pretty please? Researching back in the 1800s and before is a breeze, but get into the 1900s, and that is a different story! I would dearly love to know more about my Grandfather's siblings, and if any dear kind soul out there is able to take pity on me, and find their offspring in the appropriate Parish Registrars I shall be eternally grateful - Ellen FORD married Frank TAYLOR 1902 in Oldham St John's Parish Church Sarah FORD married George COOPER in 1903 in the Registry Office, Oldham Hanley FORD married Mary Ann Cooke, on 23 November 1907, St Marks, Glodwick, Oldham, Witnesses Batholormew Shrighome and Euphemia Leah FORD (known in the family as 'Flea'!) Euphemia Leah married Michael Dockry, third quarter of 1910 at St Marks, Parish Church, Glodwick, Oldham. All help and suggestions gratefully received.
