My Sarah Hamilton nee Emerson came from Unsworth, and I believe she was married to Robert Hamilton and living in Chadderton in 1851 and shortly after moved to Radcliffe, where my g-g grandfather was born. So I guess your connection is possible, provided that Unsworth and Chadderton were'nt too far away? Sarah Hamilton
