Hello All, I am wondering whether someone who has access to the 1841 or 1851 Census indexes can help me find a family in the Spotland or Rochdale areas please. I realise that not all areas have been indexed, but wonder whether there is a local area index for this area. The family I am looking for are: SCHOFIELD, Edmund, Wheelwright. Age and place of birth unknown. SCHOFIELD, Betsy (or Betty). Age and birth place unknown. SCHOFIELD, John, b. c1834, probably born at Spotland.
