Hi David Sorry I didn't reply earlier, I think that you are probably right about that and it looks as though Doreen has dug up some proof to that effect as well. I don't know whether you are aware of the situation in Middleton at the moment but the council has approved that the Civic Centre and the Sports Centre and Swimming Pool are all to be knocked down and a Tesco Supermarket built in their place, the replacement Civic buildings are to be rebuilt on Townley Street and of course there is a lot of demolision work going on around there so it is a case of being quick if we are to look at these buildings.
