Hi, The banns registers for St Leonards Middleton could possibly be held in the archives dept at Manchester Central Library. The church only hold the much later ones for 1943-1960. If found at Manchester, copies cannot be obtained from the original registers. However, these banns books don`t contain much info - usually names, dates of banns, and parishes. They very rarely give an address or any extra info as on the actual marriage certs.
