Hello Listers, My 3xG/Grandfather was Joseph HALLIWELL who married firstly Betty LIDDELL probably some time in the earlyish 1820s, and then Hannah TAYLOR, a widow in 1848. I am a descendant through John, a son of the first marriage, b. 1840, but there were six other children from the first and second marriages as follows: Joseph b. 1827 William b. 1829 Henry b. c1835 Robert b. 1851 Mary b. c1855 Fanny b. c1860, all born in Tonge, Middleton.
