Hello List I am looking James WHITTAKER born 1832 in Chadderton. I received an 1851 census reference to a James WHITTAKER at cow that may be related but his son's age then (23 in 1851) did not match that of my gr gr grandfather (who should have been about 19 since he appears in the 1861 census in Failsworth and listed as born in Chadderton).
